Phone option:
If you choose the phone option, we did try to assess how would be the best way for members in various countries to contact us, by using this method, please enter your phone number in the form, using the international code (IDD), so for the US, enter 1 followed by your number. Other country codes can be found on the following link.
This service will ring the number you enter in the form, but there is a delay between your call answering and connecting on our end, you should hear “When you can hear this message, please press 1”. Once you do hear it, please press 1 on your phone keypad and then you’ll be connected.
If your prompted to enter a numeric message followed by hash (#), please enter 911 followed by hash/pound key.

Here are an idea of the types of issues you have messaged us in the past are:
Bots – people who aren’t real members but adult videos are being broadcast as if they are the person in the video – we’ll remove them. If you happen to know who they are, in the sense of which adult performer they are using, we’d love to know that information too
Members messaging about spam (others sending the same message every 5/10/15/20 minutes) – we can ask them to stop, or remove them from the room if it continues
Members sending a spam messages and then leaving – we can delete whatever the message is being sent and block them from being able to re-enter the room
Members sending messages that aren’t in English or bilingual and it seems nobody else is responding to them in that language and the member resends the same message again and again – we’ll ask them to send their message in English as well, but if they appear to be the only person speaking that language, then we can remove them from the room, or advise them how to setup a room in their first language
If you’ve been removed from the room, there is no option to allow someone back in, so we can’t help
